I had a scheduled appointment and was told that it would take about 2 hours. I dropped the vehicle off and was offered shuttle service but a friend picked my up to go shopping. They provided updates via text (nice touch) and my vehicle was ready in about 2 hours. The service advisor was very nice and helpful. Thanks Barker GMC.

My bumper and grill were replaced. I noticed when I got my truck back my led lights were not put back in on the drivers side and I also notice that the grill didn't have my LTZ emblem on it.

I love to go to get my vehicle service there but after I am given a price for parts and labor. I was charge me a diagnosis fee when they are the ones fixing my vehicle. I have never heard of such thing a diagnosis fee and a charge for the fixing.
