When i dropped off the truck, I was told the rental store opened in 10 minutes. I waited in the lobby for an hour before I went to ask. The man asked if I had received a notification about ride. Which I hadn't. He then set up the ride. with in 10 minutes the driver was there. Otherwise I am very please with the service and the time.

This ford service center answered my call immediately, we're kind and helpful. They were able to look up the recall on my vehicle and schedule an appointment within a week. They gave a courtesy ride to/from home via uber and got the work done in a day. Highly recommend this ford service center.

I had a recall part replacement from Ford, the instalation was quick , even though I had to wait a little over two years to receive the parts from the factory, but that has nothing to do with Barbees Freeway Ford.
In the end, it was switched, and the vehicle looks good.

It took 3 attempts to just get a new rim and put it on due to all sort of back end nonsense like not knowing where they stored it or the rim they shipped ended up being bent. Very nice staff and the service itself wasn't bad. The parts manager needs to be fired.

front tire kept going flat. They examined all the tires, pulled a couple of sideways nails out of a back tire, remounted the flat tire, and did not charge me. It took about an hour. I cannot ask for better service.
