This was my was first visit to the shop and was blown away by the professionalism and knowledge shown about my BMW. Due to some issues I'd had from the dealership where my vehicle was purchased, Baltimore Bimmer took their time and did a thorough inspection of my vehicle to reassure me that my car was in great condition minus a few minor repairs needed. I will forever take my BMW to Baltimore Bimmer for service.

Brought it in to figure out the cause of oil leak but was given a quote for $3000 for them to find out where the leak is by replacing all the gaskets, changing filters, etc. I took it to a reputable dealership and the cost was only $750 (including tax). All it needed was a new oil cap and cleaning.

The Engine was covered in oil. Gravity can make other components look like they are leaking. The estimate covered 3 possible oil leaks. In these situations we give options in order of priority. Degrease, Drive the car, Return with the vehicle to address the leak. Oil leaks are slow and not immediately obvious. I apologize if this wasn't communicated effectively. I appreciate the feedback and its unfortunate your reputable shop charged you $500 more than our shop for a $50 oil cap and degrease.

Baltimore Bimmer is on top of it. Being a first time BMW owner I was nervous about mechanics taking advantage of this. Not these guys, they flushed my engine, changed my oil and gave me a detail print out of everything wrong with my bmw and detailed pricing of each repair and which needs to come first. I trust them and that's coming from someone who works on their own cars. :)
