Advisor was informative. Cashier needs to be more attentive and acknowledge client as we approach her vs making your client stand there without being greeted nor acknowledged even when she is busy.

Staff was friendly, my only complaint was having to return to the dealership to have my sound system updated because I wasnt able to connect Bluetooth. That was on the vehicle inspection checklist as "complete" which was obviously not the case. The carfax report that received after the purchase also claims vehicle maintenance on Oct. 28th, which was a false report because I did NOT take my vehicle in for any maintenance on that date.

Everyone was great from start to finish. My issues were fixed promptly and a special thanks to my service guy, Ruben, who kept in touch and made sure I got to and from the facility and made sure everything I needed was done.. Shuttle drivers were friendly and made the trips back and forth enjoyable. The 'artist' who fixed my scraped up rims deserves a special shout out. They look like new. Thanks to everyone at Ball for great service.
