I like the attitude of service since the beginning. I had an emergency with my car, which had a failure with the cooling system, unable to drive, so they received the car even on Saturday. They make a quick inspection and address the problem directly to the point. I cannot recall anything else that I don't like.

Waitted 2 years for a factory recall repair on fuel system. Reported again of "Stalled Acceleration" problem. Was informed this in a common problem with Acuras. Solution offered - pay to connect to computer, have mechanic drive to confirm problem, pay to have fuel infection system, pay for transmission tune up. Why charge for multiple service if this is a common problem. I feel like I am being overcharged
