I was't informed that the recall part that it was ordered was going to all day. I was waiting for over 2 hrs, then I asked why it was taking to long and I was told it was going to take another 2 hrs plus. Subaru driver took me home because I had a service to be done at my house. Then he picked up and brought me back later.

The service department at Baldwin Subaru were very efficient, professional and considerate. During my visit I asked for an additional service to be performed and they were able to address all the issues on the same visit. The remodeled facility looks friendly, inviting to all (kids, dogs, coffee drinkers, snackers, remote workers, etc). Definitely worth coming from the South shore.

Service counter employee was friendly waiting area was dirty, dusty, cramped. ( under construction) Did not rotate tires-I had a tire repaired prior to going there and it is in the exact same place I'm worried that they did not change oil either because I received no sticker They conned me into an alignment that I doubt they performed. I'll never go back to that dealer service center. I trust Subaru but not Baldwin

Service Department was great! I got an appointment within 24 hours for my 30K mile service on a 2022 Outback Wilderness. Along with the 30K, a five tire rotation and alignment all completed in less than 2 1/2 hours! Even though they said it could take up to 4 hours. Customer service was outstanding! Keeping me updated with the progress of service on the car. I will definitely be returning for any future service.

Great experience for our Lincoln! Booked online and car was picked up next day. Oil changed, car checked and a battery replaced for free under warranty! We used to use a "Hood" dealership and after several bad experiences were so glad to have found a new place to service our vehicles!

Everything was good except when they rotated the tires they forgot to reset the tire pressure monitors so I had to wait while they took it back to the shop to recalculate. Unfortunately not their fault but parts had to be ordered for additional services. Parts are in short supply for just about everything these days
