Our truck had to be towed. The efficiency and service was beyond all expectations. They expedited the service and provided Lyft rides to and from the dealership. Ten stars for this dealership.

Our experience was not good. Our car was towed in from Lowe's parking lot on our way home after an appointment at Va. We live in Georgetown and no idea how we were getting home and no loaner available. Car towed on Nov. 5 and picked up car Nov 21. Diagnostic showed 5% engine air filter life. Tire psi low.

In the future, more communication should be exchanged. I had to telephone the service area to inquire about the truck. I feel, the service rep should have called and explained to me the time it would take and other details. No one asked if I needed transportation in the interim or discussed a rental should one be needed.

No service completed. They told my insurance company that they did not have my car. That they refused delivery of my car. because they were 3 weeks behind . I had to threaten to call they police and report my car as stolen before they admitted that they did have it but it would be another week befor they could look at the damage. I had the towed to another facility and they started on the repairs immediately.

I drove 2 1/2 hours for a 2:30 appointment to see a specific car. I had telephone and email confirmation for this appointment. I arrived only to be told that the car was not available and had been loaned out. The salesman then offered to show me a brand new car. They did reimburse me for my gas.

They worked with insurance company to be able to put the car in pristine condition. Rather than to take the insurance company's estimate they made their own estimate to be able to complete the work required to put the vehicle in a like new condition.
