I appreciated the friendliness from the staff along with receiving a ride with their shuttle service but I am disappointed from this shop because I feel I was charged too much money for what was done. Over $1500 for only the oil sensor & front and back brake pads & rotors replaced. I understand a majority will be from labor but I was not expecting the bill to be as much as it was.

They provide a top-tier customer service experience, I was provided a shuttle service and access to a drink bar, as well as a diagnostic profile for my vehicle with a breakdown of all of the repairs needed as well as future repairs to monitor. The associates are friendly and learned my name as well as took the time to answer all of my questions regarding my vehicles needs and pricing.

They correctly assessed the problem with my car which were the rear brakes. They did the work fine but I felt they were lacking in communication, not letting me know when my car would be complete and once it was complete, letting me know it was complete.
