I didn't like that upon my arrival I had to explain to the technician everything needed done to my vehicle even though I stated everything that needed to be done in the mychevrolet app. This resulted in a waste of a phone call to get permission to conduct the 95k mile maintenance. This is unnecessary. I should be able to drop my vehicle off at the appropriate time and leave, no other questions needed.

Set up a appointment for a day but have to call the day before to make sure Badger has a loaner car for me. Called and they did so go drop off my car and get the loaner. They fix the car the next day and get the car done. I bring back the loaner and get my car. Pay the big bill.

I went in because I had a light on my dash. I thought it was related to alternator. Had work done on alternator but the light was a service engine light and the machnic never said a word until I said the light is still on. 2nd day at the shop and the light is off. Badger chevy got alot of money from a unhappy customer.
