Great service visit. I go a state inspection, two tires were replaced under a prepaid tite warranty I purchased when I bought the vehicle. The tire replacements was because one had a bubble on the sidewall and the other had a cut in it. Under this tire warranty I only paid $50 per tire. I also had the car realigned.

Always good service when I come to get my vehicle serviced.You don't have to wait for your Vehicle they will uber you home and back to BMW mainline to retrieve your car when it's ready for pick up. Or you can wait they have water and coffee latte's,and so on while you wait. Customer service is good as well.

Fast and efficient. But did not appreciate the upsell on services not requested for it was too aggressive. They should asked before assuming when initially I came in only for a state inspection. It was already added to the bill luckily I went through the full list to check. A courtesy discussion on if I would like to add services before automatically adding a laundry list generated from the computer.

The shop takes a long time even with a heads up of what needs to be fixed...this time was four days. The costs for labor are very high. On this trip they simply ignored one of the problems and the warning light came on as I was driving away. Lastly, they often can't fin the car when service is done. On this occasion, I had to wait 45 minutes for my car after paying.

We had to bring our car in for an emissions inspection before leaving town. They were very accommodating and let us wait with our dog in their waiting room. They even washed our car which was grimey to say the least. We were very pleased with the professional service we received from everyone.

All went well. I was taken in promptly and the work was done in a timely manner. My only problem was paying $120 for a pair of windshield wiper blades. Easy to do while the car was in for service than making a separate trip, but easily 3 times the cost of going to an auto parts store.

My experience at BMW Main Line was great as usual, I'll rate it with five stars. Ryan assisted us from the time we came in! The wait time was pretty much on spot and Ryan also answered aa few questions we had and he walked us through it with a brief tutorial and as usual my vehicle was cleaned.

I think the work was done well. I'm uncertain that it truly took 7 hours to do the work. The labor charge was exorbitant! When the work was completed the notifications in the message center was not reset. I went back in to have that done. Sat for an hour and left with it not done. I will try the BMW in West Chester for my next service needs.
