This BMW dealership is one of the best in Ohio. I travel a lot between Cleveland and Columbus, but I still go out of my way to BMW Westlake because of Matthew and Brittany. They're amazing, always treat me like family and know me well. No other dealership has treated me this well, which is why I always bring my M5 there for service. Thank you for being so great.

I liked the ease of scheduling a convenient time to take care of a starter engine recall. I liked the service once the car was delivered to the dealership. I also liked the exterior and interior car was. There was small issue providing the scheduled shuttle service.

Took a few people to sort out what I needed, the initial folks I spoke to, didn't know how to renew roadside assistance. Eventually, the final gentleman did some follow up and got to the right answer and was helpful, but that was after a couple days of runaround. They should do a better job of training their service department on what they are able to do at the dealership to assist folks with renewing their BMW Roadside Assistance.
