Everyone was helpful and polite. The car was as pictured. The only downside was one of their Internet salesmen said they would give us a "great" deal because they needed to move the car by the end of the month. We drove 3.5 hours to get there on 2/28. They weren't able to move on price at all which was disappointing.

No waiting past my appointment time.Service rep was called as soon as I checked in. Job was done in less time than quoted. After all the good things, I called the next day to ask a question about registering my car with their dealership, as I had purchased it elsewhere. I was told my rep was with another customer customer and he would call back when finished. Still haven't heard back.

Staff at this site are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are also courteous and they think about the needs of the customer... at least my representative James Whaley does! Could have have me do an expensive investigation, but thought to ask me before hand so I wasn't stuck out of pocket for $2500 just to see what the issue was with my vehicle. Highly recommended!

They can definitely work on the customer service I called multiple times just to set an appointment multiple times after setting an appointment and then when I got there I waited while two coworkers conversed about something that wasn't even important just to find out something that I could've been told over the phone once I called I wouldn't recommend
