Disappointed that the GPS/maps update couldn't be completed due to the wrong "thumb drive" being requested. Will have to make another ~70 mile round trip to get that installed.

Paid $6k to "repair" my vehicle only for it to be running worse than before it went in. Now they are not wanting to honor their repair warranty and are charging me extra for "other" repairs. Didn't get scammed by this place, their terrible!

You brought the 2015 BMW in on a tow truck because it did not run. We got it running for you. Then you stated it was running rough. We advised you your car needed motor mounts. Your brought it back in mid December to install the new motor mounts. Glad we were able to resolve the issue for you. Thank you for your business. We greatly appreciate it.
