Forget the persona that dealership service is expensive. I drive an hour and a half each way to use BMW of Tyler service. They NEVER push UN-needed repairs...... my BMWs are so reliable I RARELY have a repair that isn't covered by warranties.

Kyle took great care of me in what was a minor emergencymy right tire picked up a nail on my travel from Oklahoma City to Tyler Texas. He also took care of some service items I needed done and provided a loaner so I would not miss my granddaughters competition! Very good service and super friendly!

To be honest, it's hard to rate any BMW Service Center. It's a very expensive car to maintain. Labor is very high, parts are extremely high. That said, I did a catch a recall they missed and they had to take that charge off and they cut me some slack on labor charges. No complaints, nice folks, no extra charges, very professional. Fair and square dealership

My car went into shop cause it kept flashing battery light not charge keep driving to charge then it flashed drivetrain malfunction and went into limo mode I had it towed their the vehicle went into drive loaded it up on tow bmw received car off tow see that it was stuck in park they just put it manual in neutral and looked at it ran test and came back with 190000 worth of damage said it's stuck in park you need a transmission well I sent tow to pick it back up and when I got it back car went into reverse drove it off wrecker. So how do I need a transmission if it will still go into drive reverse and park?
