I had to wait half an hour just to get checked in for my oil change appointment. Apparently they were short handed. Then another 2.5 hours went by before the car was ready. The toppers for this rating was there was still dirt on the door after the car wash, and they had made me an appointment for my next service without even checking with me to see if I was available or wanted it at their location (they are not my regular service center). Pleasant enough, but ridiculous to wait 3 hours for an oil change when you have an appointment.
