BMW of Tampa (formerly Reeves BMW) kept the best experience luxury premium customers service in all Tampa Bay.
I live near two other BMW dealers and I prefer the long drive just for the service and value added to what I call the "Best customer experience!"

Service advisor was good, explained what was taking place with my car. While this was not a true 'service' event, the folks at BMW of Tampa are very good at what they do. My vehicle's brake service light would not reset after having the service done at another local shop. BMW of Tampa was able to correct the issue for me at no charge which was appreciated.

We went there for a clicking sound coming from the vent. When the car was there the sound stopped. They charged us over 300 dollars as a diagnostic fee that did not find the problem

Everything was fine, except I noticed when I got home that one of the tire valve caps was missing from one of my tires. Arrived for my service appointment with 4 valves and left with 3. That was a bummer.
