For the second time in two service visits, the dealership returned my car with muddy footprints and a somewhat dirty interior (they did not use paper mats that are standard at dealerships), inspite of me reminding them to take extra precaution with the vehicle. The members of management seem OK but I do blame them for not instilling better care taking value in the service employees.

Had a fault code for my 330ix heat management module. The dealership with no hassle replaced the unit under warranty. Their tech performed a full inspection on video and saw my front brakes were low and I decided to have the rotors and pads replaced at 43,000 miles. Ryan communicated throughout the process who was a pleasure to with.
