4 hours for oil change!!! From 4 hours 2 hours the car was outside and service advisor was out to brunch nobody could check out my car!!!! Service advisor Edwin was in I didn't care mode.... simple visual inspection for their own repair not possible only $400 full system inspection...Really!!!

My 2022 BMW X3 was serviced for Oil and filter change (maintenance), and they did perform multi point inspection and topping of all fluid levels everything done under warranty. I am very happy with the service and the waiting time was normal. I will recommend this BMW dealer to my friends and family; we also own a 2022 BMW X5. Many thanks for the excellent service provided!!!

Went to replace a tire and left with the wrench light on. Turned around and was given a loaner because they couldn't figure out why and because it's an electric car that needs a specialist to look at it. Two days later haven't heard back. I would expect that if they sell electric cars they should be as knowledgeable with them as gas cars.

Great! Had 2 recalls and replaced a valve cover that was taken care with the recall so saved the labor costs. Also an ABS sensor was replaced. Very happy to get all done in one visit and the transportation provided while my car was in the shop. My thanks to Raymond the associate for his assistance and patience explaining the service needed.
