The price was raised $3000 while waiting for it's return from detailing. My initial contact quote, as listed online, was $33900. After it returned from detailing the price changed to $36900. I was told that they made a mistake and that they realized they had a Mullholland edition. The dealership should have know what they had before listing it. I knew what is was.

Service agent I dealt with was clearly very annoyed that they had to do a recall. I will never be taking my BMW to this deal ship again nor buying a BMW ever from them. I would suggest try another BMW dealership They did complete the recall and they did it in around an hour and a half. But still would never go back. The customer service was non existent and they made me feel like I was a bother to them with a manufacture recall.

After the initial acknowledgement of my e-mail, it took three days to get a response to the question: "Is the car available"? It was not. I took my business elsewhere and will never contact BMW of Orland Park again. Additionally, please remove me from ALL correspondence. Second request.

My BMW X4 had some recent coolant issues that I previously had repaired at Orland BMW and I was upset at first because this has been in ongoing issue for the last 3 months but when I say my service advisor Dion took good care of me. He made sure a had a loaner car & that my loyalty as a BMW customer for the past 6 years was valued!

Service was good. But I didn't like that I had a appointment scheduled at 3:30. I hurried from work to arrive on time. When I arrived a man in the service department attempted to turn me away saying that he didn't have enough time to work on my car because they close at 6. I had to get a manager to help me! The car was serviced well after that.

I took my car for an oil change. I set up a 7am appointment and that I would wait for my car. At registration I was told the technicians didn't arrive until 8 am but that they would get me out ASAP. I got my car back at 8:50 am. Next time I'll drop it off or request a loaner. The service is great but it is a long wait.
