I had an appointment for 7:00am and told the service manager that I needed my car by 1:30pm. I arrived at 2:30pm and they still had not started on my vehicle. I did not leave the facility until after 4:00. I have used this shop on multiple occasions and never had this kind of service, this is the only reason I would recommend, besides, I don't have any other choices for service

My service advisor Anthony was great, he kept me informed on the process of my vehicle repair. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. The loaner car clerk was very helpful and professional. We like their customer services, this includes when my car entered their services and was welcomed by their staff, a service advisor discussed what options we have regarding the repair, and while we wait for the car being repaired they provide comfortable chairs and tables and couches with a TV plus snacks and drinks. The cashier staff were also helpful and courteous.

Pick up vehicle with the windshield wiper fluid reservoir empty. Purchased new tires and the tire monitoring system was not set. Service advisor asked how the service was and I replied with the 2 issues and he didn't even respond. Notified him of this 2 times.

I had a very subtle (difficult to hear or feel) vibration. Andy, the shop foreman, spent considerable time with me trying to reproduce the problem. In the end he located the cause making me a very satisfied customer. Everything else was also first rate.

By experience was disappointing to be honest. My air had went out and since my car was there I bought windshield wipers and wanted to replace my break Lights. I paid $1500 for windshield wipers replacements and two lights in which my dashboard still shows brake lights malfunction

Jerry is great every time. Very professional and communicative. Though there was a miscommunication. I approved 1 of the 4 recommendations online through the link they sent. I spoke to Jerry and told him I had declined the services that I didn't want but he thought that I didn't want anything completed. So when I picked up my 535, the cover was in the passenger seat, not installed on to the car.

Staff was friendly and helpful as always. Never a problem getting my car serviced when needed. I was surprised that the battery life expectancy for Mini Coopers is roughly about two and a half years...which was exactly how long I had it before needing to be replaced. The battery plus labor was $709. Insane. Five stars for staff, one star for price.

Since it's the only BMW dealership I've ever used (first BMW vehicle), I compare it to my other vehicle dealerships. The amenities are just okay, but service and personnel are excellent. Prices are competitive. Second review - just like the first review - the only "problem" for me is they don't take AMEX.

From the first time I took my car to service. I've always had extremely good service at Ontario Mini Cooper. They always meet my expectation and give full details on what's going on with my car. We're going to Ontario for almost 5 years. I'm always able to get a rental car if I have other things I need to get done. Definitely would recommend Mini of Ontario.

I love Mini of Ontario. They always take such good care of me. I come from Palm Springs, and due to the drive, I need to have the service done in a timely manner...and it always is. Marcus remembers me and is friendly, he makes sure my car gets in and out promptly. He's great! The waiting area is comfortable and clean and has snacks!
