The technician who checked me in was very friendly and mentioned that I didn't have run-flat tires on my car. He also mentioned that I didn't have a spare tire. I've had the car for 5 years and he's the first person to inform me about that. Very pricey oil change $120! Didn't like that they charge 3% for using a credit card:( !

The physical service and the service department were very good. As for BMW service pricing, it's way out of line. To swap summer to winter tires/wheels when they are already mounted, was $90.
