Advisor never called to provide an update - we got a text that the car was done, but that's it.
We asked for a quote on tires, and didn't get one.
Advisor communications was wholly absent - we had to call for updates, status, etc.
We also didn't get the video the technician made until the day after we picked the car up.

I liked the service video and the clear analysis of what O needed.
The bmw advisor ("B.K.") refused to give me a smaller loaner. I had to go to a manager. On Day 2, "B.K." never answered any texts about when my car could be picked up. Apparently, he left the dealership and never assigned my car to another advisor.
My car was washed and the inside was barely vacuumedvery poor job. I'll be going back to IMOLA for my service needs.

I arrived on time for my appointment with them and the loaner car was ready, I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Their staff was friendly and professional and building clean. They kept me updated and my car was ready 24 hours later. Excellent job as always.

My mechanic was great and gave a detailed report on my vehicle. I wasn't very happy that I was charged $120.00 to rotate my tires on my 2024 X7 m sport. I'm also not pleased with my loud squeaking brakes. My 2019 X5 m sport never had any issues. I was given a 2025 X3 m sport as a loner and it also squeaked. BMW needs to address this issue.

This service shop has the worst customer service. After calling me to tell me my car was repaired (brake recall) 2 days after it was expected, I walked into the service department and was ignored for 30 minutes. I had to flag someone down who clearly had no interest in helping me get my car. I paid cash for a 6 figure SUV - I'll take my business elsewhere.

Got new tires; BMW said they would match the cost of tires if I received a lower price quote from a competitor. I provided the lower price quote, and though they matched most of it, I was still charged almost $100 more for the tires. Whatever. I went to BMW because they know my car. However, I think the service advisors could be just a little more friendly as no one there smiles, it seems!

Third time that I've had to wait 3+ hours to have my car serviced for tire swap. Communication is not great as there's many standing around not knowing what to do. I too was standing for 30 minutes and nobody asked if I needed help. Just not great service - plain and simple.

Chase was the best. If I could deal with him every time, I would consider leasing a BMW again. This is my second trip. My first oil change was abysmal and I truly missed Mercedes who do a stellar job in customer service. Chase was polite, personable, thorough and friendly. Give him a raise and have him train your staff.

Aaron Taufen was also excellent. Aaron could be better in letting the owner perform tasks he is showing. The owner would have a better retention rate.
The ball was dropped in the electronic paperwork that needed to be filled out. Some of the numbers were wrong and had to fixed last minute.

Overall friendly people, but we had specific asks to not put badges back on and that wasn't done. This error will cost me another couple hundred dollars and that is super frustrating. Also I had been specific I needed a loaner that I could put my kids in, I was given an 840 convertible; beautiful car but the opposite of what I needed. Required a handful of plan changes and other things that was frustrating.
