For a simple oil change I had to go 3 times to the dealership. Last time my car was in the shop for almost a week. Every time I was there I got a different answer for what the problem was. It was very difficult to communicate with my service advisor every time I tried to. Terrible experience.

Donnie Rizzo always gives me prompt and efficient service. BMW South Motors always attempts to bleed me dry for every item. I feel as if I have to have to keep my guard up constantly.. The prices are outrageous fir the smallest maintenance. In addition, they make me pay for their merchant services fees if I use a credit card.

The lady that helped wasn't sure about my service plan and got defensive when I brought it up. She finally called and confirmed it. They rotated my tires but did not adjust the air. Did not add any windshield wiper fluid. They didn't even ask about washing the car. The tech sent me a video with suggestions but never gave me the opportunity to take on the suggestions.
