I had to bring back the car several time after leaving my car there because something was not checked whether it was antifreeze low tires low bringing back because my steering wheel is not straight. It's just always something that I need to come back with and my schedule is so tight that I can't have to keep bringing it back like this.

Fort Lauderdale BMW is my favorite BMW shop... actually, I 18 wheeler'd my car from Westlake BMW in Cleveland to Fort Lauderdale BMW. I love that they provide video and photos of EXACTLY what is going on... with other shops it's smoke and mirrors and a 'take it or leave it" attitude...

Installed new starter. Installed new battery. But did not Repair faulty front lights. Delivered the car with faulty lights under pretext of faulty or damaged bumper, which prevented them to access the damaged wiring. Very funny no comments.. Charged over 2 1/2 thousand dollars.

My service representative was not communicating with me on the status of my vehicle. He then went on vacation and failed to let me know. When I finally got a new service representative a week later, the new service representative did not even know the price that was quoted to me by the original service rep. The customer service was definitely lacking.
