I brought my car to them at 8 AM for a minor recall and to diagnose a coolant leak and was immediately told that they wouldn't have it ready until the next day which I wasn't expecting. The next day they provided me with an estimate to repair the leak which could only be described as obscene. Over 4 Thousand dollars to replace an external engine part that costs about $300. Outrageous!

I service my 2 BMW vehicles at BMW of Darien. They were both purchased here as well. I trust the service very much and feel safe driving my vehicles . I usually get TJ as my service advisor and he is always very conscientious and extremely helpful. He is an asset to BMW. I would not take my cars anywhere else for service. Thank you.

Ease of making appointment and obtaining loaner. My Car cleaner was clearn after service than when I brought it in. Would be helpful to ask customers whether they are familiar with operations of newer vehicles,eg, ran errand on way home and had to call service department to ask how to turn off the radio because didn't know it happened automatically with new models.
