Wasn't properly diagnosed they said it's the oil cooler leaking coolant but further diagnostics it's the lithium battery under the hood has 6% of life which causes the electric fan not functioning along with other intelligence features that has the car building pressure @ the reservoir tank ,plus the technician stole my old connection for bummer tech, very disappointed

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to provide some clarification regarding your visit. During our inspection, our technician identified low-voltage faults that required additional diagnostic time to properly determine their source and whether they were contributing to the concerns with the vehicle. That additional diagnostic time was presented and declined, which limited our ability to continue testing and reach a definitive diagnosis beyond the findings made during the authorized inspection for the active coolant leak coming from the oil filter housing. We also take any allegation that a technician removed or kept a customer's property very seriously. We have no reason to believe any member of our team would intentionally take an item from a customer's vehicle, but we would be happy to review the concern further and investigate what may have occurred. Our goal is always to provide an accurate diagnosis based on the testing authorized by the customer. We regret that you left disappointed and would be happy to discuss both the diagnostic findings and your concern regarding the missing connection directly. I was able to make an appointment quickly . Dealership is easier to get to . Staff is amazing . We were given a rental car to use while service was being completed. They didn't perform any vehicle service even thought they said they did. Alignment was off, wipers were bad, tire pressures were 10 psi too high, and found a rodents nest in the engine bay.

Made an appointment for early in the morning, before 8 am. Told the tech I had to have the vehicle back the next day. They didn't diagnose my vehicle until after 4:00 pm missing the parts order cut-off and could not the recommended part for two days. Not sure why you need to make an appointment if they are just going to get to it when they want.
