This is the 2nd year in a row that they did not top off the windshield fluid, which makes me wonder if they topped off any of them. I even mentioned it when I brought the car in for service that it was not done the year before. I guess this is their MO.

The experience at this BMW dealership is always outstanding. The dealer-wide team, led by Travis Ravilke, is always caring and professional. My service advisor, Warren Matsui, is always available to provide direction for incredible care of my vehicle. The maintenance team, led by Brandon Photien, seems always be a step ahead of service needs and renders my car to perfect condition.
