Everything was great. Greg, the loaner car, having my car washed was all top notch. The only negative is they cant get the weird wear stains out if my driver seat. It really looks bad and no one knows what it is from. I will not be buying another light colored interior again

Brandon, service adviser, always goes above and beyond to ensure all our questions are answered. Takes the time to make sure we understand everything thoroughly. And the service crew handles the rest and makes sure the car is given back better than we left it. Car wash etc. Thanks for always going above and beyond!

I expected so much more especially for a BMW dealership. I love BMW but this dealership is lacking professionalism and care in handling vehicles they service. My car was damaged during a routine service visit and they will not acknowledge fault. Very disappointing. Will not be returning.

They always keep us well informed on the service steps. Provide a video at beginning of service which is a nice touch. Also no pressure in up selling a service just taken care of exactly what you need and providing suggestions if you have any questions.
