My service advisor Hesh didn't notify that my vehicle was ready. I scheduled an appointment as a waiter and according to my paperwork my service was completed at 1:29pm. However I was never notified. After waiting almost an additional two hours I went to the service desk and asked for my vehicle. Only then was it returned to me. I will never use him as an advisor again. I believe he did that on purpose.
