First time at this dealer. Service crew was no where to be found when I drove into the garage so after 5 mins I had to find a very unhelpful and rude service person that was annoyed I was even asking her for help. Waited another for 45 mins past my appointment time for my attendant to even check my car in. Waiting area is dirty, coffee machine looked like it had not been cleaned for months. I expected more from BMW.

The customer service was great, didn't have to wait long to leave my X5 and picked up a loaner, while they worked on mine. There was a wrong part, but they had that replaced the next day. The had everything for my hitch installed and completed by early afternoon that next day. drove the loaner back and picked mine up. It looked like it was installed at the factory. Clean lines, no cut up bumper.

I mean I feel like using the dealership should give peace of mind. Unfortunately the prices quoted for work is extortion. A very quick shop around highlighted how crazily inflated the prices are here.
They are great for giving diagnosis but I would definitely recommend shopping around for getting the actual work done. Unless you have money burning a hole in your pocket.

Rude salesman accompanying me for the test drive. Like I was putting him out....and he was non-stop on his phone. It was intense, like he couldn't put it down. A friend was w me and she referenced him several times after the test drive....she just kept saying that she'd never seen a car salesman act so rudely. I hadn't either.
