All good. I am om my 7th or 8th BMW from Habberstad>While I have never really had a bad experience with another agent, I like to ask Luis to handle my service visits. He is very attentive and he goes over and above to make sure all work and any issues are explained to my satisfactions. He is excellent at communicating and always has an answer to any questions I might have.

Will never return to buy or service from this dealer. Didn't perform services invoice for. Forcing payment through an online portal that than charges service fees on credit card transactions without advanced notice. (Who brings in $3000 cash for service?!). Attitude from advisor. This may just be what I needed to trade in and step into a MB G wagon. Legit bad experience.

Max and crew were really super. So happy went to Hab. Had a bunch of annoying problems with the M3 no one else could figure out. They sorted them all out and more. Super knowledgeable about BMW, super polite, waiting area like a 5 star hotel lobby.

Great service tech. Clear, informative, fast. Tires were not in stock. Would have given you 5 1/2 stars if they were in stock. New waiting area is a great improvement. TV , coffee, comfortable chair and table. Was able to work from laptop whilst waiting for my service.

We were met and taken care of by the service staff promptly for a tire issue displayed on our dashboard. It was a nail puncture that couldn't be fixed. They had a replacement tire in stock and the tire was promptly replaced. While we were there we had the car inspected. We got the car back freshly washed

Rudy and his crew had me checked in before I was late and got me a very clean loaner car for when I got out so they could take their time looking at my car while leaving me to be comfortable. My service rep was out sick for 2 days and no one else responded to me when I called or asked for an update with my car. I think it was done on a Wednesday and I went in on Friday to get it - hoping I could since I was going away for the long weekend(Memorial day). The rep told me it was done since Wednesday and no one reached out to let me know. That was disappointing.
