Seems silly, but there was a step I had no idea about! ...and a tip/trick the tech showed me... I don't give five stars...but they are "excellent"!

Fantastic experience overall, I flew in for a business trip, test drove it while I was there, and left for the airport 40 minutes later. We conducted most of the transaction remotely, and they shipped me the car! Moon, my sales rep, was extremely accomodating of my demanding work schedule, and made every step as easy as possible from hundreds of miles away. Would definitely buy here again!!

They were extensive in diagnosing the car's engine vacuum problem. It took a few trips to the dealership to apparently fix at this time. The valet delivery of the loaner had problems. They were a couple of hours late bringing the loaner over, and the driver could not speak English and instilled no confidence in their ability to drive my car safely.

I went for free 2nd service. The car wash external and internal were not done properly at all. Conveyed the same to the person who dropped the car at my place and also left a voicemail to the agent at service center but there's been no response! I also hear a strange rattle noise post service in the cabin!

I have always had a great experience with BMW dealerships. This one was different and very disappointing. After establishing price was established, dealer added "optional" coating to car that added 2k to the price that they stated was already on the car and not actually "optional" nor in the list price. I walked on the principle of it. Hard no for this dealer.

Always a great experience. Service advisors look out for the customer and discuss what repair options you have. Yes you pay a little more si ce it's yhe dealership but I know I always get it done right. They had a special going for interior/exterior detail. They did a great job

Annual service for our low mileage 2019 BMW 430 iX convertible was easy to arrange, prompt, and complete. They do a nice job of checking the status of tires, brakes, and other needs of the vehicle. Only needed an oil change and oil filter this time. BMW of Barrington offers a loner car but, being retired, I just waited and was out in a little over an hour.

I purchased the BMW Ultimate Care + package for $1,200, which is supposed to cover maintenance up to 75,000 miles, including brake pads and rotors. However, when I stopped in two weeks ago for a replacement, the representative (Erik Swanson) informed me that the package doesn't cover brake pads because they are out of specifications. Why does the BMW Ultimate Care + package state that it covers brake pads and rotors?

The service attendant his name is Eric / He is very respectful / no discrimination whatsoever. That made me feel very comfortable. He is also professional at his office. Curtesy was great.
