Very easy and fast. Tow truck came to my house to pick up my car. No cost highly recommended getting roadside assistance through BMW. Changed my tire a few hours later. Then paid for an Uber to get me and take me to my car. No cost!! Excellent customer service.

went for a Oil change with the field performing fine and got a call saying i need to replace a hose that was liking coolant; it wasn't. try to take my car home but with the "now" broken hose the car was no safe to drive, took it back and they replace the hose at half of the price. the Manager has no explanation of how the hose suddenly started liking while the car was at the shop.

Well, my cars factory warranty expired during the summer. I purchased Endurance extended warranty in December. The mechanics found a couple defects, but Endurance wouldn't cover it because of the pre-existing clause. So since I don't drive the car much, the defects probably occurred while it was under warranty, but I didn't know there were defects. So who should pay?

Solid experience. I drove two and a half hours from Houston after work to get a 4 runner that I found online only 30 minutes prior. It was honestly a leap of faith, but when I got there it was everything that was promised and I ended up driving away in the thing. They hooked me up with financing and everything.
It was clutch because I had to get out of the rental I was in that day.

Nothing, no loaner cars, not good service and they had mud all over my carpet after wash, won't be using them in the future. Service person Kate was nice, however actual service is horrible. It's like a cattle car and they definitely don't care about you or your car after sale. Never another BMW in my life. Trade sucks also! Not worth the hype! Lexus far exceeds this company!

I don't like driving into the service bay, wait a minute or so, get out of my car and nobody greets me or tells me where/ what to do. There were 3-4 guys there and talking amongst themselves. That I didn't like at all.

Service on 9-3-24 was fine. However you somehow made a duplicate service appointment for me on 9-10-24 as well for the same service.I called to notify you of this mistake early morning on 9-10-24. Even after cancelling the 9-10-24 appointment, I received an email stating "sorry we missed you". So somehow communication from intake/appointment staff to service department is lacking. Thank you
