My BMW328 was serviced for a recall on 22nd April. The estimated 1 hour service took 3 hours, and BMW West agent Chris Aldana went home without telling anyone that my car was ready. In addition, BMW West kept the promised BMW gift for themselves. BMW West is not doing BMW's reputation any favors-avoid!

On Arrival one person greeted me and he had told me they were busy and told me to go talk to another person. When I approached that person he was rude and it looked like he was having a bad day. He then asked me who had told me to approach him, I showed him who and then he got mad at the guy. But beside that experience everyone else was nice.

It was fast, organized and professional staff. However, I noticed prices are on the rise and there is a strong tendency to sell so be selective of what maintenance is most urgent. I went in for a recall and came out paying for a few additional items I considered important.

An amazing group of people in your service department. Ernesto took care of me quickly, at the appointed time, and with a smile. And a pleasant drive home in the shuttle too. The repaired was completed when stated. And my wheels look great.
