They did a diagnostic check and point out the issue with detail explanation. The quote provided was very detail and straightforward in explaining why each item need to be done. The loan this time was very clean (not as last time). Communication was quick and easy. Normally I don't take my car here because it's a bit of a drive. But they had a good deal on rear brake service. They provided me a loaner car, which was nice, so I didn't have to sit in the waiting room for 4 hours. Car was also washed, service completed as promised.

Their car hadn't passed the dealers own inspection so it couldn't be driven. As a tease they let come in to look at it but after that they took it off the market.

Took in for scheduled Oil Change. Conducted the visual inspection and provided a video of the inspection. Gave my vehicle a little rinse but did not wipe dry. Left water spots which a wipe down would have taken care of.
