Rocky always ensures you get the best service possible and keeps you updated with the progress of your vehicle. Anytime I go to BMW of Monrovia whether it's for my wife's X5M competition or my M3 CS I know both vehicles are in great hands. So if you ever go to BMW of Monrovia make sure you ask for Rocky Chow.

Was helped initially when dropping off with a nice loaner, BUT upon return when picking up my vehicle, it was not ready when promised. A check engine on the center media console needed to be reset and the car was not washed! I had to wait an extra 2 hours to be properly assisted. Not even sure if the recall was performed properly. I don't believe I will be using this dealership again! Very unorganized and unprofessional.
