So I replaced my rack and pinion abut 6 months ago on my 2011 328i xdrive 6spd manual.. when it was done it was kinda rushed and I didnt torque down the mounting bolts to the rack and had play. I took it to bmw of Arlington and they got the bolts torqued down and my car feels alot more sturdy. A really tremendous difference in cornering.

My service person was Awesome she did her best. As for the location though their service was not customer care ready. I probably could have used a loaner to finish making funeral arrangements for the time I was idle but that wasn't an option for the service I received.
