The brake recall was handled well. I brought the car in on a Thursday, got a loaner. I had to call on the following Monday and found out the car was finished on Friday. I did not receive a call saying the car was done. Not cool! This was not handled well at all.

Ken, my service manager was very courteous and helpful as was the technician who videotaped what my car needed. Disappointed in the snacks available for waiting clients. John Gentile the finance advisor was very loud discussing a prospective client by name, income and # of homes. He needs to be told to close his door. What happened to confidentiality

The service department has great technology including text updates, videos of the mechanics walk around the car, the under carriage and a general update on the engine, tires, etc. They offer loaner cars to limit and inconvenience. Very friendly staff.

The tech's video makes a difference -- especially when they don't talk too fast so it's hard to understand their comments. In this case, Glenn did a great job of that and all requested services were performed. No issues so far, and I would not expect to encouter any with the mechanic's work.

Friendly staff from the moment i pulled into the service garage. The team made my service experience very easy. We discussed what service was due and any issues i was having with the vehicle. The technician inspection video is fantastic. any additional work was discussed ahead of time and pricing was agreed before work completed. I highly recommend BMW Cleveland service dept.

Easy communication with the service team. They kept inform of the progress of the repairs. 4 starts rating because the process to book the appointment over the phone was a little bit messy. Agent was talking with other people while making my appointment then the texts confirming the appointment have different date/time from the actual date/time of the appointment.
