Always tough to rate a service experience after you spend $900 and the same problem they "fixed" comes back 2 weeks later. Nice guys. I generally like the people I have encountered there. Prices (at all BMW service departments) almost makes one think about buying a Honda. Great cars under warranty. Money pits after 80k miles.

Took my car in for a recall and picked it up with my Service Engine light on. The light had NEVER been on before and the service department claimed it was on when I brought the car in for the recall which is not true!! I will never return to the dealership ever again.
