Loaner car program is great.
The only thing, I didn't care for was the failure to call me regarding that right rear stoplight, being out. I had forgotten about it. I've had it fixed, at least twice, once by BA. It only lasts for a day or two. A state trooper gave me a warning, yesterday. I need that fixed. When can I bring it in?

The service writer went over every thing. Gave me a price quote based on what I asked to be done. They came in under the amount of the quote and in the time they said it would be done.
BA will get all the service work on all of my vehicles.

My service was Great. However, we forgot to have the shop check the tire pressure light which stays on. But that can be checked later. Very convenient location. Note: the shop provides a list of things that need to be addressed. I elected to prioritize the most pressing issues first.

I came in with a broken window regulator and these fine people got me in and replaced it in the same day. Customer service is excellent and shop is very nice. The only issue I had was that my estimate was far below the cost at the end - nearly 50% less. Luckily a manager named Sandy listened to my concerns and came down in total price by 25%. I definitely recommend this shop and will return.
