Shocked at the cost of service received. $1993.49. Also when they called about work needed my husband agreed to having brake pads replaced nothing was said about replacing the rotors. It was in the email but that did not come until after service done.
Just seems that prices at B&L have been rising dramatically. The people are nice and friendly it's just the prices that I'm unhappy with.

The Whitehouse B&L found a problem with the radiator leaking. It was an expensive job but, it has to be done or things will get worst.

They took 2 days for an oil change and IF they rotated tires didn't adjust pressure or tell me what direction the tires went. Still concerned with a tire with a slow leak.

happy that they found the strut links are worn and had the to replace it. It made a different in the car ride. Then also found a nest in the engine compartment which they got rid of.

Had a misfire in my Honda Odyssey. B&L fixed the issue a few weeks ago, but it came back - same cylinder. They took care of it again at their expense. Rarely have I come across a mechanic that will back their work to that level. Experiences like this are why I keep coming back to B&L.

Took my Subaru Forester in for an oil change. They did a complete inspection with photos and found a cracked seal. They (Cody)was very professional and honest. Because of shipping delays we had to wait for an extra day for the car to be fixed. But it was fixed as soon as they got the parts. I'd definitely take my car back to them again!!

Scammers. Said my vehicle need $2,300 worth of repairs when I only brought it in for a front end alignment. I was told they couldn't do the alignment until they performed all the other repairs. I left and took it to a different mechanic and got the front end alignment done and out the door for $96.
