The service department got me in right on time. Their courtesy driver gave me a pleasant drive home. The repairs took less time than what the previous estimate was, so that was nice. Appointment was on time, people were polite and service was done in the time they suggested. Only thing missing was instructions on how to use the new equipment they installed in the cab! The truck manual was somewhat useful, but a hands-on explanation would have been welcomed.

I received a mobile battery service after which my van would not start. I then had to get the van towed to them to fix. They charged me $1k and said that clogged spark plugs were the reason my van wouldn't start. They also fixed a blown fuse and charged me under misc. The service was not only incompetent but dishonest. Do what you need to too to avoid taking your vehicle there for service.

We took our vehicle in for a recall and they had to test a part and see if it would fail before they could fix it. It got tested, failed, they took the part off our car and still have not gotten the part to replace it with. It's been 5 months with no plans to fix our vehicle. I didn't plan on leaving a review but they sent me an email asking for one so here we are.

CHECK ENGINE light has returned. Engine misfires when in a low gear losing power; Engine floods out when put in 4WD H range, Condition not as apparent at higher speeds. I am disappointed you have not detected this problem.
