Mix up on dates. I had one dealership stated I was a week early. The dealership fit me in and I was gone and vedg happy in about an hour and a half. Courtesy works both ways, I explained my situation and they took it to heart.

Horrendous dealership, whoosh business in General. I bought my first nice car there and within the first half hour I noticed that the air-conditioning wasn't working, then a few days later the AWD light came on. They wouldn't pay for the cost to fix it, their are so many different car dealerships that are much better and reputable than here. Run far away from this business.

Truly Awesome service! There was a wait of about three months for the needed part to arrive. In the meantime, Awesome updated electronic files, did general maintenance on the car, and kept me well informed as to the situation with the needed part. The part finally arrived and the next day I had my car back. I will always appreciate their patience and kindness.

We had a couple services done including getting the Bolt battery replaced. The work was done professionally and met the timeframe they said it would take. Awesome was also able to get the battery work scheduled and completed months before our local dealer said they could.

We got to the dealership at 9:20 for our 9:30 appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and power window problem diagnostics. We waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for the service employees to take the truck in for the service, which took another 2 hours. We are very unhappy with this experience at Awesome Chevrolet.

I expected a simple oil change - and was shocked at the cost - until I was told of all that was done. All levels filled (except fuel of course) which included things I wasn't aware of. So, to prepare a customer for the high cost of an "oil change" it would be good to advise the customer of everything that was going to be done in addition to changing oil. I was very happy with such complete service.

Not so good. Had an intermittent start problem and they couldn't find and fix the problem and they didn't offer any suggestions either. Usually washed my vehicle after service, but didn't, or if they did, it was a poor job. Not too satisfied this time around as it cost $158 for nothing.....!!!

Prompt service this time. I was charge $140 for them to tell me I needed new brake pads & rotors which would cost another $1100! I changed them out for heavy duty pads & rotors for $480 and it still didnt fix the original problem. Ive never had good luck with this place. The owners & name change, but the staff stick around.
