They ran diagnostics told me it was my ABS module I paid 1800 dollars for them to fix just to find out it was in fact not the abs module. They said they went with their best guess! Best guess that cost me 1800 to still have a problem. They still have my car, no communication and I have no idea how much this is still going to cost me.

Autoworx is one of the most organized and well-managed repair shops I've had the chance to patronize. Thankfully, they have a tech on staff who is well-versed in VW and Audi repairs. Two pesky check engine lights on our family cars have now been corrected and much needed warranty work has been performed. Really appreciate the ability to pay online and also the detail sent to me about the work completed.

Went to get my car inspected and ended up paying $400 for a problem they said they fixed but had to take it to the dealership.. I don't recommend this place unless u like wasting money..plus left a message to call me back and never received a call back.. horrible customer service service that I'm taking them to court..

My regular shop closed down unexpectedly so I needed to find a new shop. I knew of Autoworx as pretty reputable but assumed they would be slammed with new customers since becoming the only shop in the Strip District. I was very surprised when they had availability the very next day after my phone call. I took my car in for an inspection and emissions testing. The techs noticed my brake pads needed replaced but before working on that they sent me pictures of each tire and a form for me to either approve or reject the service. I received a few status text messages throughout the day and a link to an invoice when they were finished. It was so easy to understand what was worked on and the breakdown of charges. It was very easy to pay the invoice as well. All in all, everything was done the same day. I know they do a lot of business because of all of the cars I see there every day but they are still very efficient. I am very satisfied with my experience.
