Liked the oil change and diagnostic evaluation for items needing service in the next 6 to 12 months. I have been going to Autoworks of Issaquah since 1995 and wouldn't take my cars anywhere else for service.

I so appreciate the last minute use of a loaner vehicle when my ride fell through, the extension of that loaner use when extra repairs were done on my car that took longer, and the clear explanations of the inspection results.

Great..I had noticed the starting of car had changed like battery wasn't responding so had them check it....yup, didn't hold full charge....new one put in and huge difference. Also rotated tires and checked other things like water level, and batteries of fob.

I have known this shop for many years. I had my vehicle towed into the shop is because I thought I had stripped a timing chain ( @210+K miles). It turned out to be a simple failed distributor cap ( a new AC Delco part recently installed by myself ). They saved me a lot of headache and money with the diagnosis. They did what was asked and reported back the findings, as well as checked a few items for safety. I am a happy customer.
