Everything is great. People are very polite and professional. The business is all clean and the receptionist is always friendly. They always remember you when you can and they know exactly what car you own. It's amazing place to have your car repaired.

Imparted a strong sense of trust. Keep me fully informed every step of the way. Finished the work at the time specified and at the agreed price. Significant work includede replacing the oil pan gasket, housing and seals, as well as replace the radiator and all hoses. Some control arm bushings were also replaced.

This was my first time taking my Bentley to Autoscope rather than the dealership; but it looks like I will not be servicing my car with Autoscope in the future.

This is the 2nd time I've brought my car here and the first time I had work done (the first time I brought it here was for a detailed inspection). Both times the staff were friendly and courteous. The work seems to have been done very well: they fixed the vacuum system and now the door locks, climate controls, engine shutoff, etc. are all performing correctly.

Autoscope and Joe did a fantastic job of getting me estimates and my car fixed in an efficient manner. They found another very serious issue that I would have not found on my car if I had been doing the work myself. Parts are ordered and I await the opportunity to return to have them get my car ready for a road trip.
