After the recall service my car was deliver with an unclean windshield. The windshield was cover with spots like a spray, they looked like a hair spray covering the whole windshield. I've call them to report it and it was denied.

My car had to be towed to Autoplex and they got on it right away to diagnose the problems. They immediately ordered all of the parts and also completed the work faster than originally thought. My downtime was minimal and Im extremely satisfied with the work done.

The girl that helped me set up an appointment on the phone was super helpful! The service people were also very helpful, especially when they realized it was my first service ever. They explained the process to me, and it was nice to get a text when they were finished.

Both times they replaced the passenger side airbag on my car, they screwed the trim up and we had to fix it ourselves. We even asked them this time to please put it back the way it was when they took it off, the service writers response was, well, Ill tell them. If there was another dealer close, I would not use them. I should have scheduled the repair straight through BMW.

The repair to the turn signal system was good, as they now work properly. The fee was a little less than was originally quoted. The only problem was that the part that had to be ordered from out of town did not arrive at the anticipated time and that caused a days delay. Otherwise, great.
