I was able to get in to have my GLA serviced on short notice. Darrin sent inspection information on what was done and what would be needed to keep my vehicle maintained. No pressure! Darrin is very honest and only recommends what needs to be done.

I am guilty of neglecting my vehicle and these guys probably saved my life as the vehicle was truly in a unsafe condition and yes safety does not always come cheap however life is precious ... thank you autopia team... love the workmanship and the speed of the repair was incredible and very fair pricing .. would I use them again absolutely YES and I recommended to all my social circle .

Overall they seem honest .I was misquoted the price for an air filter replacement by several hundred dollars .I was also told that I had an oil leak which I questioned because there was never a drop of oil on my garage floor or oil usage . This resulted in me paying for an engine de-greaser costing $ 176 .After de-greasing and test driving they determined that there was no leak .

I think that is the only car that require the bumper to come off just for that filter but we should have caught it right away for you before quoting. We will inspect the source of the leak at every visit and will let you know what and when it becomes import. Thanks for trusting us with the Porsche!

Friendly people. Completed the work quickly. My only thing that I am not a fan of was telling my that my vehicle recommends doing all these services like brake fluid flush, coolant flush, rear differential flush, and drive belt without showing me the color or the wear on certain things.

Some services we offer are recommended by time and or mileage and should be serviced before the fluid is damaged or dirty in order to protect the vehicle. Although we do try to show if fluids are dirty/burnt it is not ideal to wait for it to get to that point. Also, the person who washed it after it was serviced di a wonderful job.

Didn't fulfill my expectations as far as service goes. Charged me for service for half the work. Only replaced rear brakes and rotors when I was told all the way around with front pins as well. If I would've known I'd just do them myself and pocket the rest of my money that was wasted on poor service.

Second time they failed me. First car took it for a oil leak repair my car still leaking oil. Just took another car and now is parked because i am not sure what they did to it but is having a bunch of issues now and i dont trust taking it back as that is what i did with the first car i took they did not fix anything and they charge so much for such a little things and they dont do it right...

Had a service engine light come on, they had an opening and I was able to get it in the next morning. They diagnosed the issue, gave me my options and had it done the that same day. I have never had an issue with AUTOPIA and have been going there for years. I also LOVE that they pick me up and drop me off for free, an absolute life saver when you live alone.

The servicing of our Soul was EXCELLENT! My wife and I especially like all the communications after dropping the Soul off, during the repairs and when the Soul was ready to be picked up. Oh, and on top of that the quality and attention to detail service work done was outstanding.

I paid a large amount of money for a 3 jobs that these guys only finished 1 job. According to the costumer service representative, they performed the other two jobs but there was something weird else impeding them to completing the fixing. And like always they tried to make me getting extra services in order to charge me more money. I don't recommend this shop to anybody.
