This is a nice clean shop that has been in existence for over two decades. I started taking my car to this shop because of shoddy attitude and work at the dealership. They can do anything a dealership can, are easy to schedule, use ASE certfied technicians, don't over-sell, and generally cost less than the dealership. They have easily earned my loyalty, and are the only service shop I will be going to when needed!!

The staff are knowledgeable and polite, but as it turned out our 2019 GMC Acadia just needed a battery swap. We were charged $195 for the battery and $120 labor...... to change a battery. Needless to say we will not be repeat customers at Automotive Solutions.

I am sorry that you did not find your service experience to be a good value. We take pride in providing a high level of service while maintaining a high level of value as well. The price of the Interstate battery is the suggested price by the manufacturer. In regards to the labor you were charged our minimum service fee of $99 which included, replacing the battery, cleaning and nuetralizing the battery acid that leaked from the bad battery, scanning the vehicle and test diving.

Its hard to trust repair shops but we both trust Barry and Lynn, Have for many years, they have always done right by us.Fast, honest, fair prices. They also let us know if they find something else wrong, but they just inform us of the problem, never pushed to get extra work done.They are SUPER .

As always, they identify parts to be replaced (and use quality parts), do not up sell the customer and do the work in a customer centric way. All of this is done quickly. Basically, they are trustworthy, perform maintenance well, and do the right thing for the customer. I cannot say enough good things about how Automotive Solutions operates.
