Not a good experience. Lack of communication. When I picked up the car, it had not been cleaned. Had to go back to get fob programmed. They tried to add on a warranty program without even mentioning it to me. Just felt like a sleazy used car dealership.

Had some warning lights come in on my dash. I knew all they had to do was connect their code reader and be done with the diagnosis. Took them 3 hours and they charged me $160. Got a second opinion from a friend of mine. He did the same thing for free in 5 minutes.

My appt was scheduled for 1pm. Upon arrival I was greeted with there is a 2 hour wait time. Then why was I not notified in advance . Upon waiting for hours the wrong belt was ordered for replacement again waiting for the right one to arrive. This has been the Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership for service. Several customers waiting stated they were there since 8am that was ridiculous horrible customers service.

I put a 11hr trip to NJ and another trip back to Greer SC. Went to replace my alternator with working air conditioning, and when I picked it up the air stopped working. They tired to say it wasn't there fault. They fixed the problem and didn't make me pay the labor, but I had to pay for the parts. Very dissatisfied. I'll never go there again. Be aware

They were unable to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle but recommended $500 worth of work done. The service center here is a joke. I wouldnt even recommend the complementary oil changes because after the experience Ive had Im doubting they even did it.

Very good customer service as well as mice people. Would buy another car from them again. Only problem I have is they tried to sell a manual car that the clutch was clearly slipping. I bought the car but have them replace the clutch. Idk if they just didn't drive it far enough or what. But awesome dealership.
