My car is fine. Well, I didn't like as a service on Automax. They don't know how to treat people. They only treat you good like when you step on the store get your car and then they be treating you like as your sign kind of dum and I didn't like it. They lied to me. There was some stuff that had to be done in the car and the salesman lied to me saying oh it's gonna be done and he never did.

Terrible customer service experience. Once you purchase the car, they stop caring. I was told car was ready, "It's cleaned and I see it in front of me". I come in and have to wait for almost 2 hours. It took them 30 min just to FIND the car in the lot. They then started scrambling to clean it. I received it FILTHY, mats still wet, and with 7% charge. I would stay far away.

I just picked up a new car there. The service was very good. The only issue I have is that they told you they would inspect the car but they did not tell you they were doing the official Massachusetts inspection. That was kind of sneaky so that I actually have to do that myself.

Poor communication between sales people, went to drive 3 cars and none had gas and I was afraid I would get stuck somewhere with no gas. Had an appointment and still waiting 40 min and then the next day they asked why I didn't show up and to reschedule even though I was there and test drove multiple cars.

I went in on a Saturday and while I realize that's a busy day, I felt rushed. Another sales rep approached the vehicle I was looking at with their customers and made it really uncomfortable. My sales rep was literally running from the showroom to some back garage and then back to me and he was out of breath. Felt like a drive-thru at lunch time. No thanks.
